Rawdah Booking Guide
A step-by-step guide to securing your permit for Riyadul Jannah (The piece of Paradise) in the Prophet's Mosque.

You cannot enter the Rawdah without an active QR code permit generated by the official Saudi Nusuk App. Paper tickets or walk-ins are not accepted.
Step-by-Step Booking Process
Create an Account
Open the app and select 'Visitor' if you are on a tourist/Umrah visa. Enter your Visa Number, Passport Number, and a valid email. You will receive an OTP to verify your account.
Select the Service
On the home screen, under the 'Prophet's Mosque Services' section, click on 'Praying in the Noble Rawdah'. Choose either the Men's or Women's option based on your profile.
Choose Date & Time
Select your name. You will see a calendar. Green days have high availability, Yellow is medium, and Red is full. Tap a green day and select an available time slot.
Confirm & Generate QR
Review the instructions and tap 'Issue Permit'. A permit with a QR code will be generated. Take a screenshot of it just in case you lose internet connection at the gates.
General Rawdah Entry Timings
*Timings are subject to change based on the season and crowds. Check the app for exact availability.
Men's Timings
- Morning Slot: From after Fajr prayer until before Dhuhr prayer.
- Night Slot: From after Isha prayer until before Fajr prayer.
- Entry Gate: Gate 38 (Bilal Gate) or Gate 2.
Women's Timings
- Morning Slot: From after sunrise (Ishraq) until before Dhuhr.
- Night Slot: From after Isha prayer until around midnight.
- Entry Gate: Gate 37 (Uthman Gate) area.
Crucial Rule: Once a Year
As of recent regulations, you are only allowed to book ONE Rawdah permit per year (every 365 days) per person. Make sure you do not miss your timeslot, because if it expires or you cancel it last minute, you cannot book another one during your current trip.
