Menstruation (Haidh) Tracker
Calculate the maximum days of your cycle to ensure you do not miss obligatory prayers due to Istihadha (irregular bleeding).
Women's FiqhImportant Fiqh Rules
What if bleeding stops BEFORE the maximum?
If your bleeding stops and you see clear/white discharge before the maximum days calculated above, your Haidh is over immediately. You must perform Ghusl and resume praying.
What if bleeding continues AFTER the maximum?
If bleeding continues past the calculated maximum date/time, the extra bleeding is classified as Istihadha (irregular bleeding due to illness/hormones). You must:
- Take a Ghusl immediately at the maximum time.
- Resume all obligatory prayers and fasting.
- For every prayer time, wash the area, apply a fresh pad, perform Wudu, and pray (even if bleeding is active).
Prohibitions during Haidh
During the days of menstruation, a woman is exempt from Salah (which she does not make up) and Fasting (which she must make up later). She cannot perform Tawaf, touch the Arabic text of the Quran, or have marital relations.
Worship during Haidh
You can still worship! Engage in abundant Dhikr (Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah), read Dua, listen to the Quran, give charity, and seek Islamic knowledge. Your connection to Allah does not pause.
